Shoppers Stop, a leading fashion and lifestyle retailer in India, has teamed up with Single.id, a pioneer in cross-reward program identification, to enhance the shopping experience for its customers. The partnership introduces a new app that integrates Single.id technology, aimed at enriching the rewards system for Shoppers Stop’s 10 million First Citizen Club members.

This new app will allow customers to earn vINR rewards not only at Shoppers Stop but also at a network of partner brands, including McDonald’s and Pizza Hut, by using linked credit or debit cards. The system offers high security and unlimited rewards of up to vINR 2,00,000 per year, with each INR equating to INR 1 off future purchases at Shoppers Stop.

Shoppers Stop’s Managing Director and CEO, Kavindra Mishra, emphasized the company’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through this initiative. Bish Smeir, Global CEO of Enigmatic Smile, praised the partnership for offering a seamless retail savings experience.

Single.id’s technology simplifies reward management by consolidating customer profiles and automating reward collection, thus making it easier for customers to earn and track rewards across various programs.
