TCCL, a leading operator in Tamil Nadu, has failed to settle overdue payments for Disney Star’s channels, despite having collected subscription fees from customers in advance.
Despite ongoing discussions and repeated reminders, TCCL has not resolved its financial obligations to Disney Star. As a result, Disney Star has been forced to suspend all its channels from TCCL. This action, taken after numerous efforts to address the payment issue, has left many viewers in Tamil Nadu without access to their favorite Disney Star channels.
Customers who depended on TCCL for their entertainment are now facing a dilemma. Popular channels featuring top-rated shows and movies, such as Star Vijay, Vijay Super, Vijay Takkar, Star Movies, National Geographic Channel, Star Suvarna, Star Sports 1 Tamil, and Hungama TV, are no longer available to TCCL subscribers.
Disney Star is urging TCCL to resolve the payment issue promptly so that subscribers can resume enjoying their channels without further interruption.
Affected viewers are advised to contact TCCL to express their concerns about the service disruption and request a reduction in subscription fees. Additionally, they may consider switching to other operators to regain access to Disney Star’s full range of channels.
