Sumera Dewan, previously President at Punt Creative, will now lead FCB Kinnect’s strategic expansion in the North region. In her new role, she will oversee the office and manage a team of over 100 Kinnectors, while also being responsible for the region’s P&L in this high-growth area.

Working closely with the Delhi team and Neville Shah, the newly appointed CCO of FCB Kinnect, Sumera will focus on creating innovative solutions to address business challenges for the agency’s brands.

Her leadership is expected to elevate FCB Kinnect’s commitment to both creative and strategic excellence. Sumera’s wealth of experience and her ability to build high-performing teams and foster long-term client relationships will be instrumental in propelling FCB Kinnect to new achievements.

With a 14-year career, Sumera has previously worked with Dentsu Webchutney, JWT (now part of VML), and Dentsu One (now part of Dentsu Creative). She has excelled in account management and strategic roles, collaborating with a diverse client base that includes YouTube, Levi Strauss & Co., Nestlé, Airtel, Under Armour, Tinder, Spotify, Unilever, and Van Heusen, among others.

Sumera’s impressive track record includes winning prestigious awards such as Cannes Lions, One Show, Abbys, Kyoorius, and EFFIES for notable campaigns like Code Name (URI Film), HerShe (Hershey’s), and Axe Your Ex (Tinder).
