Bhat emphasizes the need to shift marketing’s reputation, having spoken with over 100 founders and marketers to understand their challenges. Early aims to offer a customer-centric marketing approach tailored for startups, recognizing that traditional agency models often fall short.

Talented’s Grid model plans to support a range of marketing ventures, with Reghunath and Aditiya noting that early-stage companies need nimble marketing strategies, not typical advertising services. With Bhat’s extensive marketing experience, Early aims to provide measurable growth results and new opportunities within Talented’s network.

Early’s motto encapsulates its mission: “Be bullish on marketing. Be bearish on bullshit marketing.”
