JioCinema, a leading digital entertainment platform in India, has appointed Ishan Chatterjee as Chief Business Officer. This move underscores JioCinema’s commitment to becoming a tech-driven company that offers innovative digital experiences to its growing user base.

As Chief Business Officer, Ishan will oversee monetization efforts, focusing on revenue from sports and small-to-medium business (SMB) growth in both sports and entertainment. He joins JioCinema from YouTube India, where he served as Managing Director and was instrumental in shaping the platform’s strategy and growth. With over 20 years of experience, including 13 years at Google, Ishan has also worked with McKinsey and Hindustan Unilever. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Ishan will be an integral part of JioCinema’s leadership team and will collaborate closely with Kiran Mani.
