Chun Yin Mak, former President of Customer Experience Management Practice at Dentsu China, has announced his resignation after over a year in the role. In a LinkedIn post, he reflected on successfully transforming the China business into a competitive, future-ready model and expressed gratitude for his experiences at the company. Mak praised his successor and noted that his tenure has been one of the most fulfilling periods of his career.
Before joining Dentsu, Mak spent over 16 years at IBM and also held positions at Accenture. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership across various industries, he has significantly impacted the consulting, media, and advertising sectors in North America, Asia Pacific, and Greater China.
