82.5 Communications, part of the Ogilvy Group, has won the mandate to lead the launch campaign for Indian Craft Brewery (ICB), a new microbrewery in Bengaluru. The agency will handle the creative duties across digital, radio, and Out-Of-Home (OOH) media for ICB’s opening on December 14, 2024.

ICB, located in Manyata Tech Park, aims to reinvent the craft beer experience by blending India’s ancient brewing traditions with modern sensibilities. One of its flagship products will be a range of premium non-alcoholic beers named Ramanujan, honoring India’s renowned mathematician. The brewery’s innovative approach includes a dedicated R&D center in Belgium and beers crafted by master brewer Antonio Rodriguez-Giralt.

Kiran Ramamurthy, CEO of 82.5 Communications, expressed excitement about ICB’s bold vision, while Naveen Raman, EVP at 82.5 Communications, praised the brewery’s unique blend of Indian heritage and modern innovation. The partnership is expected to set a new standard in Bengaluru’s craft beer scene, offering a distinctive cultural and culinary experience.
