Omnicom Advertising Group (OAG) has appointed Sean Donovan as President of its Asia division. Donovan, who previously led TBWAWorldwide’s Asia operations, will report to OAG’s global CEO, Troy Ruhanen, and work with leaders across the group’s international agencies. Donovan, with extensive experience in senior roles, including Group CEO of TBWASouth Africa, expressed excitement about continuing his journey with TBWAAsia’s teams.
This appointment follows the August 2024 launch of OAG, which consolidates Omnicom’s creative networks like BBDO, DDB, and TBWA under unified leadership. The move aims to offer integrated creative solutions while maintaining each agency’s unique identity.
