This deal integrates Vistar’s platform for managing campaigns across 1.1M+ digital screens with T-Mobile’s customer insights, enabling advertisers to deliver targeted, measurable, and engaging ads. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2025 and contribute to T-Mobile’s financial growth.
