Flipkart, India’s homegrown e-commerce platform, launched the compassionate ‘Line Sevak’ initiative at the Maha Kumbh Mela, one of the world’s largest spiritual gatherings. The initiative aimed to enhance the experience of devotees by eliminating long waits and offering them much-needed rest.

‘Line Sevaks’ stood in queues on behalf of pilgrims, allowing them to focus on their spiritual journey without the stress of waiting. This service was particularly helpful for the elderly and differently-abled.

Positioned at key spots like bathing ghats, temple queues, food distribution centers, and transportation hubs, Flipkart’s dedicated Line Sevaks ensured support was readily available. By combining tradition with modern technology, the initiative became an essential part of this year’s Maha Kumbh, providing invaluable assistance to those in need.
