The 12kg Bespoke AI™ Laundry machine uses 5-step AI sensing to offer a tailored wash solution, making laundry easier, energy-efficient, and time-saving. The campaign emphasizes the machine’s ability to provide perfect care for all fabrics, transforming laundry into a simple, stress-free task.

Cheil India, the agency behind the campaign, cleverly uses humor and relatability, with Ira portraying the “worried” friend and Nimrat showcasing how AI can effortlessly handle laundry. The film aims to highlight how innovative technology can make everyday chores simpler and smarter.
