Kotak Mahindra Bank has launched ‘Hausla Talks,’ a platform to share inspiring stories of ambition, courage, and success. Part of Kotak’s new brand philosophy, ‘Hausla Hai Toh Ho Jayega,’ the initiative aims to showcase individuals, both customers and employees, who overcame challenges to achieve extraordinary success.
The inaugural episode features Swati Bedekar, who created the Sakhi Project to provide affordable sanitary napkins to rural women. Future episodes will highlight Sirisha Raju, who became a pilot despite small-town limitations, and Kaamya Karthikeyan, the youngest female to complete the Seven Summits challenge in 2024.
Kotak’s EVP of Marketing, Kedarswamy Ravangave, emphasized that ‘Hausla Talks’ underscores Kotak’s belief in supporting ambition to create success. Through this platform, Kotak reaffirms its commitment to empowering aspirational Indians by providing the financial support needed to turn dreams into reality.
