Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has reappointed three directors, pending approval via a postal ballot. The decision follows the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation.
- Gopika Pant continues as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second five-year term (May 21, 2025 – May 20, 2030). A legal expert with 39 years of experience, she is qualified in India and New York.
- Sekhar Natarajan is reappointed as a Non-Executive, Independent Director until December 13, 2028, in line with the company’s retirement policy. He brings extensive expertise in agriculture and rural sectors.
- Surender Sharma will serve another five-year term as a Whole-time Director (May 21, 2025 – May 20, 2030). He currently holds the position of VP Legal, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer.
The company confirmed that none of the directors are barred from office. The postal ballot process will determine final approvals, with a cut-off date set for March 21, 2025, for eligible members.
