Dentsu South Asia has appointed Anita Kotwani as Chief Client Officer for the region, in a move that underscores the company’s commitment to deepening client relationships and driving strategic business growth.

In her new role, Anita will lead client-centric strategies, oversee integrated client teams, and embed customer-focused thinking into dentsu’s approach across creative, media, and CXM. She will also focus on expanding the agency’s presence in high-growth areas such as business transformation, retail, and commerce.

Anita will report jointly to Harsha Razdan, CEO – South Asia, dentsu, and Prerna Mehrotra, CCO and CEO – Media, APAC.

Harsha Razdan said, “Anita will deepen client partnerships to ensure our strategies create measurable growth. Together with Amit, she will help brands navigate change with clarity, confidence, and results.”

Speaking about her new role, Kotwani shared, “Clients power everything we do.
