Key innovations included advanced tools like Spark (a Marketing Mix Modelling tool), Retail Media, and Performance Practice 2.0. Collaboration with partners like Meta and Google boosted global capabilities in consumer and retail intelligence.
Dentsu Retail reported fivefold growth, while the Media++ Framework strengthened the company’s integrated approach, blending Media, CXM, and Creative to redefine customer journeys.
