Leo Burnett India, a part of Publicis Groupe India, has announced the promotion of Sonal Chhajerh and Pravin Sutar to National Creative Directors.

Chhajerh, formerly Groupe Executive Creative Director, and Sutar, who was Head of Creative at Leo Burnett Bangalore, will both continue to report to Rajdeepak Das, Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Groupe South Asia, and Chairman of Leo Burnett South Asia. This move is part of the agency’s ongoing effort to enhance its creative leadership, reflecting its commitment to world-class creativity, technological innovation, and impactful business solutions.

Rajdeepak Das praised Chhajerh and Sutar for their exceptional contributions to the agency’s success. He expressed enthusiasm about their new roles, noting that their combined expertise will strengthen Leo Burnett’s creative leadership alongside Sachin Kamble and Vikram Pandey, the agency’s Chief Creative Officers.

Das highlighted Chhajerh’s visionary approach to empowering brands and Sutar’s role in transforming the Bangalore office into a creative powerhouse. “As National Creative Directors, they are well-positioned to harness their collective experience and vision to drive creative effectiveness for our brands and team,” he added.

Chhajerh has led the P&G Whisper account and played a key role in the highly acclaimed ‘Missing Chapter’ campaign. Sutar has been pivotal in strengthening Leo Burnett Bangalore’s creative output, managing a diverse portfolio of major brands such as Ikea, ACKO, RedBus, Kingfisher, Heineken, and Lenovo.
