Publicis Groupe has acquired Mars United Commerce, the world’s largest independent commerce marketing company with over 1,000 employees in 14 global hubs. This partnership will enhance Publicis’ ability to influence the full shopper journey across both online and offline platforms.

Mars, known for its innovation and proprietary commerce insights, will strengthen Publicis’ commerce capabilities by integrating its deep understanding of shopper behavior. Together, they aim to simplify the increasingly complex commerce landscape by offering end-to-end solutions that optimize strategy, media activation, and performance measurement.

With this acquisition, Publicis clients will benefit from Mars’ expertise in commerce and retail, gaining deeper insights into consumer behavior and enhancing their ability to drive sales both online and offline. Publicis CEO Arthur Sadoun praised the acquisition, highlighting its role in creating connected commerce solutions that optimize client investments across various channels.
