CoinSwitch, India’s leading crypto trading platform, has launched its new campaign, ‘Switch to CoinSwitch,’ coinciding with its role as the official partner for the UEFA Euro Cup 2024 on SonyLIV. Running from June 15 to July 15, 2024, the campaign aims to address two major barriers to crypto investment: fear of volatility and perceived complexity. Conceptualized in partnership with The Script Room, the campaign seeks to simplify crypto for potential investors.

Balaji Srihari, Business Head at CoinSwitch, highlighted the opportunity presented by the widespread popularity of football in India. He noted, “With millions tuning in during the 2020 tournament, we expect even higher viewership this year. The UEFA Euro Cup 2024 provides an ideal platform to engage with our target audience.”

Srihari also emphasized the growing institutional acceptance of crypto, mentioning approvals of ETFs and investments by traditional asset managers like BlackRock and Fidelity. He stated, “It’s crucial for investors to understand crypto fundamentals. This campaign aims to show that crypto assets can be a valuable part of a diversified portfolio for Indian investors.”
