The campaign, led by Deepa Krishnan and Thomas Angerer from Hyatt, emphasizes Hyatt’s commitment to redefining luxury dining in India. It celebrates both the culinary excellence and the warmth of Hyatt’s service. The campaign centers around a brand film featuring staff member Hareesh and chefs showcasing their craft, encapsulated by the message, “Made with Love, Cherished Forever.”
The campaign, conceptualized by Animal and directed by Achowe, will be promoted across digital, OOH, and property platforms. The focus is on how exceptional food can make guests feel, shifting the narrative from food itself to the emotional experience it creates.
