Ahead of the Big Billion Day sale, Flipkart launched two humorous campaigns, ‘Math of the Big Billion Days’ and ‘Big Billion Days Cover Up’, created by DDB Mudra Group. These campaigns highlight how Indians love to maximize savings and seek the best deals.

Pratik Shetty from Flipkart emphasized that the campaigns celebrate the joy of finding great deals. ‘Math of Big Billion Days’ features a family and a quirky math professor who illustrates the huge savings available, urging them to shop during the sale. The campaign includes a website for exploring potential savings.

Sourabh Dubey noted that while the campaign is humorous, it reinforces the significant savings message.

The second campaign, ‘Big Billion Days Cover Up Coupon’, addresses the typical Indian household’s playful skepticism about shopping during sales. It introduces fake scratch-and-win cards, allowing shoppers to pretend they’ve won their purchases, helping them avoid the usual teasing from family.
