Adobe has appointed Lara Balazs as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Executive Vice President, Global Marketing, reporting to CEO Shantanu Narayen. Balazs previously served as CMO and General Manager at Intuit, where she led branding and go-to-market strategies for its AI-driven financial platform. At Adobe, she will oversee global marketing efforts, including the company’s brand, events, campaigns, communications, and social media.

Balazs has a strong marketing background, with leadership roles at Amazon, Visa, and Nike, where she drove growth for Amazon Prime, Visa’s digital payments, and led Intuit’s ProTax Group to its highest growth. She holds degrees from the University of Washington and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
