John Nallen has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Fox Corporation, with a new long-term employment agreement through June 2028. Nallen, a member of the Office of the Chairman, previously served as COO and has been a key partner in Fox’s evolution. Lachlan Murdoch, Fox’s Executive Chair and CEO, praised Nallen for his strategic vision and ongoing impact on the company’s growth and profitability.
Before the 2019 spinoff of Fox from 21st Century Fox, Nallen was Senior Executive Vice President and CFO of 21CF, overseeing financial operations, capital markets, and mergers. He joined the company in 1995 after working at Arthur Andersen.
