WebTalk, a leading digital marketing agency in Poland, has appointed Martin Winther as Chief Creative Officer, effective November 2024. Winther will lead the agency’s 20+ member creative team, driving innovative campaigns and supporting WebTalk’s growth. He succeeds Przemek Puchalski and follows the appointment of Jarek Ziębiński as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

With over 25 years of experience, Winther has worked with top agencies like Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Jung von Matt, winning over 200 awards, including 27 Cannes Lions. He has led global campaigns for brands like Porsche and Geberit, and in 2023, was inducted into the KTR Hall of Fame.

Winther expressed excitement about joining WebTalk, praising the team’s energy and the agency’s growth vision. Michał Dunin, WebTalk’s CEO, highlighted Winther’s expertise as a key asset in enhancing the agency’s creative and business ambitions, especially as they integrate generative AI in their work.

Jarek Ziębiński, Chairman of Wondrlab Europe, also welcomed Winther’s return to Poland, recalling their past successes together, including winning the first Cannes Lions for Polish advertising.
