Dentsu has secured Pandora’s global media account for the next two years, continuing an eight-year partnership. The deal covers 36 markets, including the USA, UK, and Australia. Dentsu has evolved from a key media agency to an integrated growth partner since 2016, following a global pitch in 2022. The collaboration introduced the Pandora Experience Lab, a tailored model combining media, performance marketing, CXM, and creative to drive customer-centric experiences and growth.

Pandora’s VP, Dennis Pedersen, praised the partnership for fostering transformation, while Dentsu’s Sylvain Valeix highlighted the innovation and experimentation enabled by their bespoke solution. Dentsu’s integrated expertise from brands like Carat and iProspect supports Pandora’s ongoing marketing evolution.
