Adobe has appointed Swati Rustagi as Vice President of Employee Experience for India. Swati will lead the India EX team and report to Gloria Chen, Adobe’s Chief People Officer. She will also be part of the Adobe India leadership team, focusing on the company’s growth and success in the region.

With over two decades of experience, Swati has held leadership roles in various sectors, including consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce. Her previous positions include roles at Amazon, Max Health Care, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch, Hindustan Unilever, and most recently, Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm.

Gloria Chen welcomed Swati, highlighting her alignment with Adobe’s values and her expertise in developing people and teams. Abhigyan Modi, Adobe India’s Country Manager, emphasized Swati’s role in enhancing the company’s people-first culture and driving growth in the region.

Swati expressed her excitement about joining Adobe and contributing to its mission of empowering people through innovative, AI-driven solutions. She looks forward to helping employees achieve their full potential.
