Creativefuel, a content and marketing agency founded by Nikhil and Tushar Sukhramani, has acquired MissMalini Entertainment from The Good Glamm Group (GGG) for ₹6 crore. The deal includes the MissMalini domain and social media assets, while GGG retains the talent management arm.

This move strengthens Creativefuel’s position in the digital content and influencer space, adding to its recent acquisitions of YouTube channels Hasley India and Pataakha. MissMalini, a pioneer in celebrity and lifestyle blogging since 2008, brings valuable brand equity and community reach to Creativefuel.

GGG, under financial strain, continues to divest non-core assets. Backed by major investors, the group is also reportedly seeking fresh funding at a significantly reduced valuation, following exits from Sirona, ScoopWhoop, and others.

The acquisition signals Creativefuel’s ambition to build a powerful, diversified digital media portfolio in India.
