Angel One Limited has appointed Manoj Agarwal as the Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). With over two decades of experience in compliance, legal, audit, and risk management, Manoj will lead the company’s compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical governance.
Manoj, previously the Chief Compliance Officer at Upstox and a Senior EVP at Kotak Securities, brings extensive experience in financial services and regulatory compliance. At Angel One, he will oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, identify risks, and represent the company in industry forums and regulatory groups.
