Arpit Khandelwal (Plutus Wealth Management) and Mithun Sacheti (Caratlane) have partnered with Nazara Technologies and its promoters, Vikash and Nitish Mittersain, investing ₹495 crore via Axana Estates LLP. This deal involves a 5.4% equity stake purchase at ₹990 per share, triggering an open offer to acquire an additional 26% stake, potentially raising the total shareholding to 61.5%.

The partnership aims to accelerate Nazara’s global gaming and digital entertainment growth, leveraging combined expertise and resources. The company will continue under the leadership of Vikash and Nitish Mittersain.

Additionally, Nazara acquired two popular mobile gaming titles, CATS: Crash Arena and King of Thieves, from ZeptoLab for $7.7 million (₹67 crore), strengthening its mobile gaming portfolio under the “Nazara Publishing” banner.
