The Mumbai NCLT has dismissed an insolvency plea filed by Rohit Plastopack against Dentsu Communication India over an alleged unpaid amount of ₹5.42 crore. The tribunal cited lack of evidence, noting the petitioner failed to provide supporting documents.

Rohit Plastopack claimed it had supplied goods for Dentsu’s CSR campaign “Need to Feed” via Suumaya Group. Dentsu denied the allegations, stating the transactions were unauthorized and carried out by former employees. The matter is now under investigation by the Enforcement Directorate following criminal complaints.
