YouTube has launched its shopping affiliate program in India in partnership with Myntra and Flipkart. This initiative allows creators to tag products in their videos, enabling viewers to make purchases directly from the retailer’s website.

In a blog post, Google emphasized its commitment to providing creators with diverse revenue streams and innovative tools, stating, “The YouTube Shopping affiliate program gives creators another way to earn from their content and engage with their communities.”

The post also expressed excitement about the future of YouTube Shopping in India, highlighting the potential for creators to connect with viewers and brands in new ways. Viewers will receive curated product recommendations from creators, while brands can enhance product discovery and generate high-quality leads through the program.
