Shashank will lead Café operations, expansion, quality control, and customer experience, aiming to establish Zepto Café as a leader in India’s food tech sector.

Aadit Palicha, Zepto’s Co-founder and CEO, praised Shashank’s operational expertise and customer-centric approach, highlighting his instrumental role in building Zepto Café from scratch. Shashank expressed excitement about driving the online café model, focusing on quality, convenience, and innovation to enhance urban dining experiences.

With nearly two decades of experience in food tech, retail, and QSR, Shashank’s expertise aligns with Zepto Café’s ambitious growth plans.
