SBI General Insurance has appointed Ajit Sharma as the Regional Head for East 2. In his new role, Sharma will lead the East 2 business, ensuring compliance with regulatory parameters and achieving operational performance benchmarks.
With nearly two decades of experience across various industries, Sharma has previously worked with MetLife India, ICICI Lombard, Getit Infomediary, Bajaj Allianz Life, Vserv Capital, and others. His extensive expertise will be instrumental in strengthening SBI General Insurance’s regional presence and driving growth and expansion.
Sharma is an alumnus of the MKM Indian Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
