Pepperfry, India’s leading e-commerce furniture and home decor company, has appointed Inderniel Shivdasani as Head of Strategy and Investor Relations. Inderniel, with over 13 years of experience in finance, strategy, investor relations, and M&A, will lead Pepperfry’s strategic initiatives and investor relations.
Previously, Inderniel was Director of Corporate Strategy at Cleartrip, contributing to its acquisition by Flipkart, and Chief of Staff at Manipal Health Enterprises. At Pepperfry, he will communicate the company’s journey and plans to investors, leveraging its strengths for profitable growth.
Ashish Shah, Co-founder and CEO of Pepperfry, expressed confidence in Inderniel’s ability to drive future growth and success. Inderniel himself is excited to join Pepperfry, a leader in the organized furniture and home decor market in India, and looks forward to enhancing its investor relations strategy.
Inderniel holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Outside of work, he enjoys adventure sports, travel, and running.
