According to a recent LinkedIn update, JioGames, the gaming division of Reliance Jio, has appointed Sidharth Kedia, former CEO of Nodwin Gaming, as its new Senior Vice President and Head. Kedia, who is enthusiastic about leading JioGames’ growth, aims to build a gaming empire for India.
This appointment marks Kedia’s return to Reliance Industries after nearly a decade. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy, M&A, Data Science, and eSports at Viacom18 for almost three years, and as CEO-Digital (Non-News) and Corporate Strategy at Network18 for nearly two years.
Reflecting on his new role, Kedia said, “A decade later, I am thrilled to rejoin the RIL family and be entrusted with the opportunity to scale JioGames and build the gaming behemoth that India awaits.”
