Sid Sriram has joined forces with Warner Music India (WMI) in a groundbreaking partnership that extends beyond music releases. This collaboration focuses on artist management, live performances, brand partnerships, and non-film Indian language music. It also aims to discover and nurture new talent, expanding Sid’s global influence.

The first release under this venture, Sivanar, a devotional track dedicated to Lord Murugar, drops on April 3rd. Featuring lyrics from 14th-century saint Arunagirinathar’s Thiruppugazh, the music video was filmed at Batu Caves during the Thaipusam festival. Sid performed Sivanar at Coachella 2024 as a tribute to his heritage.

Sid, known for blending Carnatic music with contemporary sounds, has delivered hits like Srivalli, Adiye, and Kannaana Kanney. His NPR Tiny Desk Concert and Coachella performance further cemented his global impact. Warner Music India sees this collaboration as a step toward amplifying Sid’s artistry worldwide while fostering new and innovative musical voices.
