Dabur India Ltd. has appointed Sriram Padmanabhan as the new Head of Health Care Business, effective April 7, 2025. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Padmanabhan succeeds Philipe Joseph Haydon, the current Head, who will retire on July 1, 2025.
With over 21 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategic Planning, and P&L Management, Padmanabhan brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communication and a PGDM from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Previously, he held senior positions at companies like Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Danone India, where he was the Marketing Director.
